We Never Up-Charge For Maintenance.
We coordinate all maintenance and repairs on your property. We NEVER UP-CHARGE for maintenance and repairs, so you pay what we pay. Owners can see the invoices themselves by logging into the Owner Portal, so there is complete transparency.
We offer tenants the ability to call 24 hours a days, 7 days a week if there is an emergency!
Tenants can submit maintenance requests and upload photos directly from their phone or tablet via the Tenant Portal. Our technology allows Owners and Tenants to view updates to the work order through the online portals.
We use only licensed (if applicable) and insured vendors. If entry to the property is necessary, our vendors contact the tenant directly to coordinate a date and time when the tenant can be present to allow access to the property.
Owners appreciate that we use ONLY third-party vendors and do not seek to make additional profit from having maintenance and repair people on staff. Owners should make sure that their property manager’s interest are the same as theirs. Our Owner clients have complete control over their property’s maintenance schedule. We prepare a maintenance schedule for each client according to their preferences.
To eliminate many maintenance and repair calls from tenants, we have made available our “Owner’s Rent Ready Checklist” to help Owners ensure their property is ready to be rented.
This helps us with FAST property leasing.
