Strickland Law Firm, PLLC property managers have partnered with Equity House Properties to assist Owners in finding quality tenants. While Owners will engage Equity House Properties separately, the negotiated leasing fee will be 1 month’s rent, regardless of the length of the lease.
Owners should not let other property management teams or real estate agents talk them into larger fees for longer lease terms – Owners should make sure that their property management team’s first concern is maximizing the Owner’s ROI and Cash Flow!
Equity House Properties has been specifically instructed by Strickland Law Firm, PLLC in our 24 Point Tenant Screening, the Required Tenant Screening Criteria, the Criteria for Security Deposit Requirement, and the process of tenant selection that is compliant with all Federal and Texas laws.
